What is Yoga?

Yoga is one sure fire way to get moving!

Yoga is far more than seemingly impossible and twisted poses. It is a 5000 year old Indian framework of knowledge that has a main focus of harmonising the body with the mind and breath.

What if I don't have much equipment?

It's ok! Most of the routines require little to no equipment. I only recommend having a mat (a towel will suffice) to soften the surface below you.

I don't have much time to do yoga sessions. What if I only have 20 minutes a day?

The videos I share range from 5 minutes to 1 hour. A majority of which last 20-30 minutes so that you have the flexibility of adding routines together to customize your workout for the day to what you want.

Can I Do Yoga If I'm Pregnant?

Yes you can! First, I highly recommend you consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. Keep your heart rate below 140 beats per minute. Avoid abdominal exercises that require you to lie on your back. Pregnancy is not the time to start a new exercise program unless your doctor recommends it. Generally speaking it is ok to continue with the exercises you participated in before you became pregnant. Just take it at your own pace and at your own level. All my classes can be modified to be completed by pregnant yogini's.

What If I'm A Beginner?

No problem! While most of the yoga sequences will challenge your body and push you out of your comfort zone, modifications are available to accommodate all fitness levels.
